To finalise the FPP Culture Charter it was decided that a smaller representative consortium group would be formed to complete some of the tasks still required, and then report back to the wider FPP team for final consensus and approval.

One of the tasks that the consortium group has undertaken is to develop a set of agreed Guiding Behaviours that support CFA Values and Principles by using an FPP members survey.

The purpose of the survey was to collect your perceptions about the behaviours of FPP members as our most valuable and challenging in relation to CFA's Values and Principle Guidelines.

The survey responses were collated by the consortium group. For an independent analysis of these survey responses, we have engaged Carnegie Consulting Group to finalise the Guiding Behaviour statements across CFA values based on survey responses.

The final project report along with survey results will be posted on this page soon - Stay tuned!
